£200 Cash Back offer

Receive £200 Cash Back when you select Bodymatters (Stafford) Ltd for your accident repairs. We must receive authorisation from the insurer, completed the repairs to your vehicle and a collection note must be signed at the end of the repair. Please note, this offer is not applicable if you are referred to us by your insurer or if you or a third party is personally covering the costs of the accident damage outside of an insurance claim.
Example 1 when this applies: You contact us Bodymatters (Stafford) Ltd before your insurance company. You decide to claim via your insurance policy and nominate Bodymatters (Stafford) Ltd as your repairer. We repair your vehicle you and receive £200 Cash Back from us or a £200 deduction from your excess (if applicable) which ever you choose at the end of the repair.
Example 2: This offer applies when you contact us Bodymatters (Stafford) Ltd following a non-fault accident where another party is responsible. In such cases an Insurance company is involved and Bodymatters (Stafford) Ltd is authorised to carry out the repairs to your vehicle. Upon completion of the repair, you are eligible to receive your £200 Cash Back from us.

Courtesy vehicle are loaned to you free of charge when available.
You agree for us to carry out an online licence check using your full licence number and your National Insurance number or you do the check yourself online and send us the sharecode given to you on the online checker.
At anytime reserve the right to refuse a courtesy car.
We give the car you to fully roadworthy, clean and with enough fuel to get to the nearest fuel station.
We expect the courtesy vehicle to be returned undamaged, clean, vacuumed, ready for the next person and with the same amount off fuel as handed to you.
If any damage is caused then you will be liable for the costs upto the amount of excess applicable.
any parking / speeding fines are your responsibility. We may at times add an admin charge to cover the costs to us.
We have a 300 mile per week limit on any of our courtesy vehicles. A 12p per mile charge will be applicable after the 300 mile per day limit.
You will be on our insurance for the duration of the loan vehicle given to you and you have agreed to pay the applicable excess amount documented.
Any punctures or tyre damage you are responsible for: Either a puncture repair (if safe to do so) or a new like for like tyre. A different tyre cannot be fitted otherwise we will change that tyre ourselves and charge you the cost.
