Q. Can all dents be repaired?

A. No. Sometimes a replacement part is more viable and cost effective.

Q. Is your work guaranteed?

A. Yes definitely. All our repairs carry a life time paint guarantee a 3 year workmanship guarantee and a 12 month manufacturers parts guarantee. we stand by all our repairs

Q. My insurance told me to get estimates. How many do I need?

A. You are only required to get one estimate and it is your legal right to choose your repairer.

Q. Can I have a free courtesy car if I'm not claiming on my insurance?

A. Yes. We have several courtesy cars but you will need to book in advance.

Q. I've had an accident, it's not my fault, what do I do?

A. Contact us immediately, we will process the claim for you and provide you with a like for like vehicle.

Q. My insurer has told me to go to another repairer. Can I choose?

A. Yes you can. It is your legal right to choose where your vehicle is repaired. Choose us we will liaise directly with your insurer and discount your excess and provide you with a free courtesy car.

Q. Will my vehicle paint be the right colour?

A. Have your vehicle repaired with us and the answer is yes! We only use the best manufacturer approved paint scheme for the most accurate colour matching and durability.

Q. My car has just been bumped. I can't see any real damage - is it worth getting it checked?

A. Yes definitely. Whilst there may not be any obvious exterior damage visible, damage can often occur in places you can't easily see so it's always a good idea to have your vehicle checked over for safety reasons.
